€622 per week
Option One - Carer Plus
An experienced carer who up to 3 years' carer experience.
For €622 per week, the Carer Plus works 5 days per week, 7 hours per day and sleeps in up to 7 nights per week as a passive presence in your relative's home.
The carer can break her/his working day into blocks of time such as 2 hours in the morning, 2 hours in the afternoon and 3 hours in the evening.
The Carer Plus carer's duties include house-keeping, meal preparation, companionship, personal care and medication supervision, if required.
If you want the Carer Plus to do more than 35 hours per week, she/he can do up to 8 hours per day, 6 days per week. The overtime rate is €15.30 gross per hour.
You would provide the carer with free accommodation and food as part of the agreement.
The €622 weekly cost includes the carer's gross salary, employer PRSI, Pension contribution and ALHomecare's training and support fee.
€680 per week
Option Two - Advanced Carer
A more experienced carer who has more than 3 years' carer experience.
For €680 per week, the Advanced Carer works 5 days per week, 7 hours per day and sleeps in up to 7 nights per week as a passive presence in your relative's home.
The carer can break her/his working day into blocks of time such as 2 hours in the morning, 2 hours in the afternoon and 3 hours in the evening.
The Advanced Carer's duties include house-keeping, meal preparation, companionship, personal care and medication supervision, if required.
If you want the Advanced Carer to do more than 35 hours per week, she/he can do up to 8 hours per day, 6 days per week. The overtime rate is €16.50 gross per hour.
You would provide the carer with free accommodation and food as part of the agreement.
The €680 weekly cost includes the carer's gross salary, employer PRSI, Pension contribution and ALHomecare's training and support fee.
