ALHomecare’s The Trial Period

ALHomecare understanding that hiring a live-in carer is a big step for any family. Nearly all of our families are hiring a live-in carer for the first time. We want to give families the reassurance that they can take this step, try it out and if they see that it is working well in practice, then keep it going. But if the placement isn’t working out for whatever reason and if ALHomecare can’t resolve the issue, then we either refund the placement fee or we offer a free replacement carer. We have a high success rate with placements and we will use all our experience to ensure that we get it right first time for your family.
